Cahlista means beautiful one and this collection certainly ticks all the boxes! Scheepjes Cahlista is a recycled waste water produced yarn made from 100% Natural Cotton in Aran weight. Naturally matte, soft and breathable, use Scheepjes Cahlista in a wide range of projects from garments for children and babies, to flowing shawls and scarves, amigurumi, homeware items and more. It is further characterised by an generous twist, designed to reduce splitting whilst maintaining a soft, delicate drape. Cahlista has also been double gassed, meaning it has been passed over a naked flame to singe away all stray fibres, not once, but twice, ultimately creating an exceptionally smooth yarn that will glide over your hook or needles. Being EN71-3 certified, create wonderful projects that are certified safe to use by those with sensitive skin such as babies or childeren.
