Scheepjes is committed to quality and sustainability, which is reflected in a new, recycled Merino Wool yarn: Scheepjes Woolwise. Using recycled materials means a more sustainable and environmentally friendly product, without any compromise on quality. The wonderfully soft fibres create a high-quality yarn with gorgeous stitch definition. Woolwise is therefore suitable for knitting patterns with multiple colours and can be used for all sorts of projects, such as clothing and home textile accessories. The yarn provides warmth in the winter and keeps you cool in the summer, thanks to the unique natural heat and moisture regulating properties of wool. It is soft on the skin, friendly to the planet and also very easy to care for.

Scheepjes Woolwise is a Superwash yarn. Projects made with Woolwise can be machine washed on a wool wash programme, without any risk of shrinking or felting. However, pure wool is a special material with natural self-cleaning properties. To save water, we recommend simply letting projects made with Woolwise air outside.
