Scheepjes proudly presents YARN Bookazine 9 NOW Age! The Spring/Summer edition of this bi-annual magazine is filled to the brim with mindfully designed knitting and crochet designs to satisfy beginner and advanced crafters alike. The combination of a wide range of patterns, beautifully styled photography, and inspiring articles turn this YARN Bookazine into an adored collector's item.

The theme of our brand new bookazine is NOW Age, inspired by Eckhart Tolle’s books The Power of Now and A New Earth. The four concepts JoyfulSpiritualMindful, and Respectful are based on topics that play an important role in today’s society.  Not only will you enjoy the 16 knitting and crochet designs, but you’ll also immerse yourself in the inspiring articles concerning mindfulness and awareness that enlighten the creative within.

The bookazine is prefaced by our very own Creative Director Simy, followed by a gorgeously styled lookbook. All four concepts are explored in detail with accompanying designs and photos to inspire your creative crafting journey. The second part showcases the pattern book with clear, detailed descriptions and diagrams where applicable. For your convenience, there are empty pages in the back of the bookazine for notes and creating moodboard of your own ideas. A handy cover flap contains abbreviations and offers the possibility to create your own shade card for your projects.
The patterns are in UK terms

Love Love this book! Scheepjes always provides the most gorgeous patterns and instructions are easy to read. And because this store is well stocked with Scheepjes! Post is a tad bit longer but it is coming from another country. Thank you!

Abbreviated patterns

This is my fourth purchase of a Scheepjes Book-a-zine. I buy them mostly to look at like a magazine (an expensive one), and to enjoy the designs. I have found the patterns difficult to follow: 1. they use UK crochet terms, so I always have to "translate" and 2. They don't have the space for photo tutorials, which I have become accustomed to by the same designers when they publish their own patterns. Many of the designs are inovative and creative enough, that stitch placement is really critical, and not as easy to gleen from a very brief pattern.
